Smiling Attcha on my way to work Jan 17th, 2007

I'm still in incubating mode but I'm reading your posts and musing along with you.  Just thot I would pass along a little daily bliss in the form of a smile on my way to work.   Are you finding your bliss each day and doing your best to BE and ACT from that place.  Did you get your meditation in this morning... and/or your yoga, affirmations, running or whatever your spiritual practices are.  Are you keeping the perspective of being spirit inhabiting a human body, learning and loving how right here NOW.    Giving your all to this moment here with each other. Holding those clear intentions to BE the dream, BE your vision of what you want this life to be. Breathing your love into your acts. Taking the time to do that.  Finding the stillness.  Finding the center of peace within and bringing that to what you do.   BEING COMPASSION. BEING LOVE. Taking care of your self and your SELF so that you cultivate your awareness of fullness.  I'm really just reminding myself of all this too.  Thanks for being such a nice mirror and smiling back.  :-)    Today I'll be the little bird that flys by and whispers in your[my] ear or squaks out loud, KARUNA, KARUNA, KARUNA.   It is so easy in this field of the ever changing to get too "caffeinated" and forget to do what you need to keep your anchor in the solid ground of the eternal un-changing.   So, HEY, take a few minutes NOW and breathe yourself back to as close as you can get to that FULL BODY SMILE.  Close your eyes for a minute and settle in and let the sun rise again.
